El Boulevard is a family-owned Latin American restaurant in Wilkes-Barre, PA, born from a genuine love for the food and culture of Peru, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Pull up a chair — this is where familia comes to eat, drink, and stay awhile.
How it started
There was no pan-Latin dining in northeastern Pennsylvania — just a gap where something vibrant and real should have been. The family behind El Boulevard saw it, felt it, and decided to fix it.

Each cuisine gets its own spotlight — ceviche from Peru, cast-iron fajitas from Mexico, mofongo from the Dominican Republic. Latin America, one plate at a time.

From the lomo saltado to the ceviche mixto, every dish is built with fresh ingredients and the kind of care that shows on the plate. Nothing here is an afterthought — not the food, not the drinks, not the garnish on your cocktail.
Late nights and live music
Moody lighting, a full bar stocked with Don Julio and Modelo, and live music on select nights — we're open until 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
